In the eastern part of Austria, close to Vienna, or best vines are growing on loamy-loess soil, which is formed by warm sunny summers and freezing cold winters. We unite elgance and body under the perfect conditions that are provided by the danube and the pannonian climate.

Elegant, soft, fruity and limited to 9.999 bottles

In our Caeleste vineyard we select only the best grapes for my signature Grüner Veltliner. Hand picking, skin contact and a cool and gentle fermentation is obviously a basic requirement.
 
The distinctive zesty and peppery attributes make it blend well with asian dishes like meat, pesto and fish.
